Booking Policy

We require a 50% deposit for deer hunts. If you book over the phone, we must receive the deposit within 10 days. The balance will be due on or prior to arrival for the hunt. No refunds or cancellations without a 3 week notice; and only if we book your time slot. We will be happy to reschedule your hunt.

Example: On a 6 day, come twice – 3 days each, or one great 6 day hunt. On all above Special Packages, guests hunt at a reduced rate of $350.00 per day. Non-hunters stay at a rate of $75.00 per day. Extra days can be purchased on Special Packages at a reduced rate. All monies due by Mar 1, for this discounted rate. (Packages purchased after Mar 1 will be assessed 2% per month additional charge)

License fees are not included in our hunts. Deer and Turkey hunters are required to have a Big Game permit and a State Hunting License. The big game is 100.00, and good for all year, and the three day license is 43.00,10 day is 75.00. You can purchase the license @1 866 714 3611 with a credit card. It is a toll free 24-7 number. Turkey tags are free, and can be obtained by calling 803 734 6020. Hunters born after 6/30/79 must have a Hunter Education Certificate. We are certified, and will be happy to give the follow up written questionnaire to those who have passed the online course.
